摘 要: 文章利用1994~2008年期间美国反倾销申诉案件,通过构建7年的产品进口动态面板数据,分析了美国反倾销申诉对非被诉国产品进口的影响,研究发现美国反倾销申诉只会导致非被诉国产品的进口市场份额有所增长,而进口绝对量并没有增长,因此,美国反倾销申诉只具有市场转移效应,不具有贸易转移效应。 By building the seven-year dynamic panel data of product imports based on the U.S. anti-dumping complaint cases from 1994 to 2008, the paper makes an analysis of the impact of U.S. anti-dumping complaints on non-involved countries' product imports, and finds that U.S. anti-dumping complaints only lead to the market share growth of the noninvolved country' product imports, but there is no growth in the absolute number of imports. Therefore, U.S. anti-dumping actions only have a market diversion effect, but have no trade diversion effect.
