摘　　要： 通过融合国际商务理论和创业理论的观点,在介绍国际创业概念演进的基础上,认为创业导向、国际化知识、国际化模式和国际创业机会是影响国际创业的四个基本要素,并揭示了国际创业的内在机理:虽然创业个体或团队的创业导向和知识创新能力有助于提高国际创业机会识别和利用的效率与效果,但还需根据国际创业机会的类型选择恰当的国际化模式,最终才能获得超常的国际创业绩效。 Through integrating the viewpoints from international business and entrepreneurship theory, on the basis of introducing the conceptual evolution of international entrepreneurship, this paper points out that entrepreneurial orientation, international knowledge, international modes and entrepreneurial opportunities are four basic elements influencing international entrepreneurship, and reveals the inherent mechanism of international entrepreneurship, that is, while entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge innovation the efficiency and effectiveness of recognition and exploration pos of sessed by an entrepreneur（s） conduce to enhance international entrepreneurial opportunities, selecting the proper international mode according to the type of entrepreneurial opportunities is needed in order to gain final superior performance.
