摘　　要： 为研究蓖麻毒素中毒对小鼠的血液生化指标影响,选择体重15g左右小鼠36只,随机分成3组,肌肉注射蓖麻毒素0.1mL/kg体重。攻毒前及攻毒后2h、4h、6h后采血,制备血涂片观察红细胞形态学变化,同时以血常规学方法检查血液生化指标。结果表现为攻毒4h后,红细胞出现变形和融合现象;血小板在攻毒2h后变化差异显著;白细胞在4h后变化差异显著;红细胞比积变化差异显著;血糖显著降低;ALT、AST、ALP显著增加。 In order to investigate the toxic effect of ricin on blood biochemistry in mice, 36 mice of 15 g were randomly divided into 3 groups and injected intramuscularly with 0. lmL/kg ricin. Blood was collected before virusattack and after 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, blood smears were prepared to observe morphological changes of red blood cells, and at the same time blood biochemical parameters were examined. Results showed that the deformation and fushion of red blood cell began 4 hours after virus attacked; Platelet changed significantly 2 hours after virus attacked;Changes in white blood cell were significant 4 hours after virus attacked; blood glucose was signifi-cantly lower;ALT,AST and ALP were significantly higher.
