摘　　要： 案件的公平、公正审理需要媒体监督,为此,法院应通过庭审直播、判后答疑、裁判文书上网、新闻发言人等制度便于媒体进行监督。媒体进行监督时,应正确处理新闻自由与客观事实、自律、新闻审查之间的关系。 Press media supervision plays an important role in fair and impartial adjudgements. The court can invite the media＇s supervision by means of broadcasting live trims, briefing the trials, putting judgments and decisions online, press spokesman and so on. However, when supervising, the media should strike a balance between freedom of the press and the following factors such as the truth, media self-regulation, and the press censorship
