摘　　要： 利用第n个特征值所在的平面以及特征值间的等式与不等式,将确定耦合边界条件下特征值的下标问题转化为求相应的分离边界条件下同一个特征值的下标问题,给出处理带有耦合边界条件下的自伴Sturm-Liouville问题的特征值下标问题的一种方法. Using results on the level surfaces of the n-th eigenvalue and certain equalities and inequalities among eigenvalues,the determination is converted into that of the index of the same eigenvalue for an appropriate separated boundary condition.A way to deals with self-adjoint Sturm-Liouville problems with coupled boundary conditions are given.
