摘　　要： 社会现代化与人的现代化犹如"硬件"与"软件"的关系。中国当前的社会状况是"硬件"先行但"软件"滞后。这种状况源自历史与现实的纠葛:古代中国宗法专制与政治专制的相互胶结形成与之相适应的奴役伦理;近现代以来,中国的思想精英们虽洞察了伦理觉悟与政治转型的关系,中国社会也经历了清末民初的道德启蒙、新中国的共产主义道德教育和社会主义精神文明建设,但伦理觉悟的历史课题并没有真正完成;现代心理基础的缺失使中国的政治转型缺乏内在的生命。因此,只有先唤醒官员的伦理觉悟,深化政治体制改革,培育国民的现代心理基础,中国社会的现代转型才会具有真实的生命力。 The relationship between the modernization of society and the modernization of men is just like the relationship between 'hardware' and 'software'.In China,the modernization of society goes before the modernization of men,which has its origin in history and reality: in the combination of the patriarchal and political tyranny accordingly formed the theory of slavery.Though since modern times,China's elites have had an insight into the relationship between ethical consciousness and political transformation,China underwent the moral enlightenment in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China and communist moral education and the social construction of ideological infrastructure in new China,the historical subject of ethical consciousness has not yet been completed and the absence of modern psychology led to the absence of the inner vitality in China's political transformation.Therefore,only when the ethical consciousness of officials is waken,the reform of political system is deepened and the base of modern psychology of the people is built,can there be real vitality in the modern transformation of China's society.
