秋葵耐热性比较研究
A comparative study on the heat tolerance in Abelmoschus esculentus Moench and Hibiscus esculentus L.

摘  要: 以"红秋葵"、"绿宝Ⅱ号"和"绿星"黄秋葵为试材,比较研究了41±1°C高温胁迫对其苗期及田间耐热指标的影响。苗期试验结果表明:高温胁迫8~12 h,红秋葵根系、地上部鲜重和干重明显高于黄秋葵;随着高温胁迫时间的延长,红秋葵热害指数和电解质渗透率增幅低于黄秋葵,热害指数和电解质渗透率之间呈正相关关系;随着高温胁迫时间的延长,红秋葵的脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化物酶活性均高于黄秋葵。田期试验结果表明,红秋葵的茎粗、叶数、叶面积、荚果重和可溶性蛋白含量明显高于黄秋葵,而维生素C含量明显降低。结果表明红秋葵的耐热性强于黄秋葵,绿宝Ⅱ号黄秋葵耐热性强于绿星黄秋葵。 Hongqiukui (Abelmoschus esculentus Moench), Lubao I and Huangqiukui (Hibiscus esculentus L. ), Liixing, were used in the experiment of heat tolerance under 41+ 1℃ when they were in their seedling stage and grew in field. The results of the experiments on the seedling stage under such high temperature for 8-12 h indicated that the root, the shoot fresh weight and the dry weight of red okra were significantly higher than those of yellow okra; as the high temperature prolonged, the increase of the heat injury index and the electrolytic leakage rate of red okra were lower than those of yellow okra, which proved that heat injury index was positively correlated with electrolytic leakage rate; meanwhile, PRO content, SOD activity and Pod activity of red okra were higher than those of yellow okra. The results of the experiments on the growth in field indicated that the stem diameter, number of leaves, legume weight and protein of red okra were significantly greater than those of yellow okra and the vitamin C of red okra was lower than that of yellow okra. It was concluded that both red okra and Lubao I were more tolerant to high temperature than Liixing.
