摘　　要： 文中对在招生新机制下,《实用英语》实行"以证代考"以后所产生的新问题进行阐述,并提出解决新问题的对策。 This article is to analyze problems rising in Practical English course examination reform, in which students are rewarded credits by obtaining the PROTEL A certificate from Education authorities instead of taking semester exams, and to proposes relative solutions to these problems.
