摘　　要： 一个典型案例证明,公立高职院校向民办的转制,带来跨越式发展。转制发挥作用,是由于三个推力因素:提供充足的物质保障,建立高效管理机制,专注于人才培养工作及提高服务意识。转制在我国高职院校发展中具有重要战略价值。 A typical case that a state-owned vocational college has successfully been changed into the private one and has made a great achievement shows that system change could bring leap-forward development to vocational colleges in China. The role system change plays is great because system change provides sufficient material guarantee for the development of higher vocational education, makes the faculty and staff of the college change their mind and recovers the service consciousness of the faculty and staff. System change has a strategic significance for the development of higher vocational education in China.
