摘 要: 服务主导逻辑自提出至今已有九个年头,并且已经形成了自己的理论框架,在解释当今服务经济相关问题方面显示出了强大的张力。鉴于国内部分学者对服务主导逻辑的理论渊源、发展脉络、核心观点的理解还缺乏系统性甚至存在误区,本文在梳理现有服务主导逻辑研究文献的基础上,从商品与服务之争入手分析了服务主导逻辑的产生原因、核心观点,并在此基础上对未来研究进行了展望,旨在为国内学者全面了解服务主导逻辑这一全新的理论提供参考,同时为我国发展服务经济提供理论依据。 It has been nine years since the introduction of service dominant logic which has already formed its own theoretical framework and also provides a powerful explanation of the related issues of current service economy. In view of a lack of systematic understanding or a misunderstanding of theo- retical origin, development context and core viewpoints of service dominant logic by some domestic scholars, this paper reviews the existing literature of service dominant logic and analyzes the causes of service dominant logic and core viewpoints from the perspective of the dispute between goods and ser- vices. Then it points out the directions in future researches in order to provide domestic scholars with references to the comprehensive understanding of the development of service economy in China. service dominant logic and theoretical foundations of
