摘 要: [目的]确定20%嘧霉胺悬浮剂稳定配方。[方法]通过逐一筛选法和正交试验优化法对20%嘧霉胺悬浮剂的配方进行筛选。[结果]确定最优配方为嘧霉胺原药20%,润湿分散剂D-425 2.5%,T-80 2.5%,增稠剂黄原胶0.15%,防冻剂丙三醇5%,有机硅抑泡剂0.2%,加水补足至100%。产品悬浮率>95%,热贮(54±2)℃、14 d有效成分分解率<2%。[结论]20%嘧霉胺悬浮剂各项指标均符合悬浮剂的要求,具有良好的开发前景。 [Aims] The formulation of pyrimethanil 20% suspension concentrate(SC) was developed. [Methods] The formulation of pyrimethanil 20% SC was screened through the methods of parallel discrete assays and orthogonal design. [Results] The optimum formulation consisted of pyrimethanil 20%, wetting and dispersing agent D-425 2.5%, T-80 2.5%, thickening agent xanthan gum 0.15%, antifreeze glycerol 5%, foam suppressor silicone 0.2%, and water added up to 100%. The suspension rate of the optimum formulation was above 95%, and the decomposition rate of the active ingredient was less than 2% at (54~2) ℃ for 14 d. [Conclusions] Pyrimethanil 20% SC met the requirements of suspension concentrate and had a good prospect.
