摘　　要： 基本公共服务均等化总体实现已成为中国全面建成小康社会和全面深化改革开放的主要目标之一。目前,基本公共服务均等化评估已成为学界关注和研究的重点。本文引进层次分析法来建立基本公共服务均等化评估指标体系,同时基于2010年江苏省各市的数据,尝试利用变异系数进行分析,从而分析了江苏省基本公共服务均等化存在的主要问题,为推进区域性基本公共服务均等化发展提供依据。 The equalization of basic public services in overall implementation has become China＇s comprehensive built one of the main goals of well-off society and the deepening of comprehensive reform and opening up. At present, the evaluation of equalization to basic public services has become the focus of academic attention and research. To establish the equalization of basic public service evaluation index system, AHP is introduced in this paper, at the same time, based on the data of Jiangsu Province in 2010, The paper try to analyze the utilization coefficient of variation and analyze the main problems of the equalization to basic public services in Jiangsu Province, and the paper provide the basis for promoting regional equalization of basic public services development.
