摘 要: 柚木Tectona grandis L.f.为马鞭草科柚木属落叶或半落叶高大乔木。试验以4年生柚木采穗圃的当年生半木质化嫩枝为材料,在7月下旬,采用不同浓度IBA粉剂处理插穗,进行扦插试验。研究生根过程中插穗可溶性糖、全氮和C/N比等营养物质的变化,探讨扦插生根与营养物质的关系。结果表明:柚木扦插生根与可溶性糖含量、全氮含量、碳氮比都有一定的关系;与对照相比,500 mg kg-1IBA使插穗内可溶性糖含量显著增加并使插穗内全氮含量保持在一定水平,这利于生根。 Tectona grandis L.f.is a kind of defoliated or half-defoliated tall arbor,belonging to Verbenaceae tectona.In the softwood cuttings propagation experiments,the half-lignified twigs of 4-year-old T.grandis were treated with exogenesis hormones of IBA powder in different concentrations in the last ten-day of July.The variations of nutrient contents,such as soluble sugar,total nitrogen and ratio of C/N,in the cutting woods rooting process were studied in order to find the relationship between cutting-wood rooting and nutrient contents.The results show that the rooting rate of T.grandis were related with soluble sugar content,total nitrogen content and ratio of C/N;IBA powder of 500 mg kg-1made the soluble sugar in the shoots increase obviously and kept total nitrogen at constant level.
