摘　　要： 提高本科学生的实践能力增强其就业竞争力一直是高等院校亟待解决的问题。以河北农业大学金融学专业的实践教学为例,分析了现有实践教学中存在的问题,并对农林院校金融学专业的实践培养目标重新进行了界定,根据新界定的实践能力培养目标提出了可操作性的改进农林院校金融学专业实践教学模式的对策建议。 It has been a problem to improve undergraduate students＇ practice ability and enhance their employment competitiveness. With the finance professional practice mode of Agricultural University of Hebei as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems in teaching practice and redefines the practice and training target of agricultural and forestry universities. According to the new definition of practical ability training target, some feasible countermeasures are pro- posed for the improvement of the finance professional practice mode of ago-forestry universities.
