摘 要: 对广东省中山地区近年来新发生的春羽(Philodendron selloum)细菌性软腐病病原菌进行了分离、致病性测定和16S rDNA序列分析.结果表明,分离的致病菌CF-1株与GenBank中10株迪基氏菌(Dickeya spp.)(其中包括7株菊迪基氏菌(D.chrysanthemi)、1株达旦迪基氏菌(D.dadantii)、1株万年青迪基氏菌(D.dieffen-bachiae)和1株玉米迪基氏菌(D.zeae))和2株胡萝卜果胶杆菌(Pectobacterium carotovora)的序列相似性超过99%,经系统发育树分析,该病菌与菊迪基氏菌(D.chrysanthemi)在同一分支上,因此将引起春羽细菌性软腐病的病原菌鉴定为菊迪基氏菌(Dickeya chrysanthemi).分离获得的另外1株致病菌ZSC-2株为次要病原菌,初步鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium). A causal agent of bacterial soft rot of Philodendron seUoum was isolated and identified, which occurred in Zhongshan, Guangdong province in recent years. The pathogenicity test and 16S rDNA se- quence analysis were performed to elucidate the precise taxonomic position of the causal bacterium. The results indicated that 16S rDNA sequence identities were over 99% between the pathogenic strain CF-1 and closely related with 10 strains deposited in GenBank, including 7 strains of Dickeya chrysanthemi, 1 strain of D. dadantii, 1 strain of D. dieffenbachiae, 1 strain of D. zeae and 2 strains of Pectobacterium carotovora. Strain CF-1 and Dickeya chrysanthemi were in a clade according to phylogenetic tree analysis, so, the causal agent was preliminarily identified as Dickeya chrysanthemi. Another strain ZSC-2 isolated from diseased leaf playing a secondary role in soft rot disease of Philodendron selloum, was initially identified as Bacillus megaterium.
