摘 要: 目的:研究大学生足球联赛对大学生睡眠质量的影响。方法:调查分析118名参加大学生足球联赛的队员和124名普通大学生的睡眠情况。结果表明,大学生足球运动员的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数明显小于普通大学生(P<0.05)。结论:大学生足球联赛能显著提高大学生的睡眠质量,能有效促进其身心健康。 Objective: to study the influence of university soccer league on sleep quality of 118 athletes of university soccer league and 124 ordinary Results: the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of university soccer athletes is students(P〈0.05).
