摘　　要： 佛教戒律即是佛教规定的教徒必须严格遵守的规则。佛教戒律传入中国后在中国演变发展,同时影响中国古代法制。其影响主要表现为:佛教戒律观念对法制的渗透;佛教戒律在法律制度中的体现;佛教戒律对司法实践的影响三个方面。其影响具有鲜明的中国和时代的特点。佛教戒律对中国古代法制的影响对当代中国具有重要的启示。 Buddhist discipline that is the provisions of the Christians of the rules which Buddhism must strictly abide by. Since the Buddhism was introduced into China. the discipline was developed and evaluated, which also influences ancient Chinese legal system. Its influence shown as： the Buddhist discipline to the penetration of the concept of legal system; Buddhist discipline in the legal system embodies; Buddhist discipline to the influence of the judicial practice three aspects. Its influence has distinct Chinese and the characteristics of The Times. The Chinese ancient Buddhist discipline the influence of the legal system of contemporary China has the important enlightenment.
