摘　　要： 乳源瑶族自治县是广东省三个民族自治县之一,在"科教兴县"战略的实施过程中,该县的教育与经济发展都取得了长足的进步。根据乳源瑶族自治县人力资源现状来看,产业结构和就业结构关系、受教育程度和三次产业劳动生产率差距大是乳源瑶族自治县教育与经济增长关系不相适应的集中表现。 Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County is one of the three autonomous counties in Guangdong. Under the implementa-tion of the strategy of revitalizing the county by relying on ＇science and education, both the economic development and education in this county have made considerable progress. This paper introduces its current human resources situation, and puts forward that the ineompatibleness between education and economic growth is revealed in the industrial structure and employment structure, ed-ucation levels and the great gap in thrice industrial labor productivities.
