摘 要: 基于模块化软件设计原则,设计了智能弧焊电源的系统流程控制程序。在此基础上针对P-GMAW(脉冲型熔化极气体保护焊)的工艺特点及要求,设计了基于一元化的过程控制算法,并采用大步距标定进行优化。对φ0.8 mm及φ1.6 mm的碳钢焊丝在不同电流下进行焊接试验,通过分析电流波形和焊缝成形,获得了不同工艺的理想焊接参数,开发出数字化脉冲MIG焊的一元化参数专家数据库。用所得的参数进行试焊,焊接过程稳定,焊缝成形良好。 Based on the modular design principle,the intelligent arc welding power system control software is developed.According to the characteristics of P-GMAW,a unified parameters regulation control method and the optimized control based on long-step calibration is studied.The allover welding process parameters of 0.8 mm and 1.6 mm welding iron in different current are long-step calibrated through a lot of tests and analysis on current waveform and welding bead.At last,a unified parameters expert system of digital pulsed MIG wehling is developed.By the P-GMAW parameters generated by this system,a stable welding process and well- fi)rmed seams could be acquired.
