四通道焊接电弧动态小波分析仪的设计与实现

摘  要: 双丝焊大大提高了焊接速度和生产效率,并且可得到优质美观的焊缝。国内各焊接研究所和厂家陆续开展相关研制工作。然而,传统焊接电弧电信号采集检测系统往往只适用于单丝焊。本研究设计并实现了四通道焊接电弧动态小波分析仪,可采集双丝焊接过程中的四路电信号。该系统允许用户在使用前进行校准,具备采集交流电信号、量程可选、支持ISA及PCI两类总线采集卡等特点,可为双丝焊机的调试和检测提供有效的支持。围绕其硬件结构作了细致的论述,对比了所支持的两个型号的采集卡的技术指标,并且对其软件系统的增益码获取及写入等一系列步骤进行了详尽的解释。 Double wire welding contributes to a considerable increase in welding speed and productivity as well as the production of good-looking and high-quality welds.Related Research has been carried out by welding research institutes and manufacturers in China.ln most cases, however, the conventional collecting and detecting system of welding arc electric signals can only be applied to single wire welding.We have designed and realized a four-channel welding arc dynamic wavelet analyzer capable of collecting electric signals conducted through four channels in double wire welding.Allowing user calibration prior to its use,the analyzer features collecting alternating current electric signals,range switch,compatibility with ISA and PCI data acquisition cards and so forth. Therefore,it supports debugging and detection of double wire welding machines.This article gives a detailed description of its hardware structure,particularly making a comparison of technical index between the above two types of data acquisition cards. Moreover, the thesis elaborates on procedures for acquiring and writing the gain code of its software system.
