摘　　要： 在我国物流业方兴未艾 ,如何开展高水平而又符合国内市场特征的物流活动 ,尤其是针对生产企业实际的物流活动却很不够 ,本文从生产企业与物流企业两个方面分析了物流演进的模式 ,希望能有助于物流的进一步普及 . Although China's logistics industry has been in the ascendant since the 1980's, how to develop a high_level logistics industry to meet the needs of domestic markets still remains a problem. The present paper offers a systematic analysis of the evolutionary mode of logistics management from the perspective of both the demand of the industrial enterprise and the nature and characteristic features of logistics industry.It is the authors' hope that the paper may help popularize a scientific and profitable operational mechanism in the management of logistics for industrial enterprises.
