摘　　要： 课程设计题库系统KCSJS，旨在提高学生主动获取共识，应用知识和解决实际问题的能力．这是一个面向各个专业的开放式自选型系统，本文说明了其设计思想和运作原理． The aim of the question base system KCSJS of course design, is raise the ability of student toactively obtain Knowledge, and apple Knowledge and resolvetask.
