摘 要: 以联想集团为案例,研究核心企业如何帮助供应商克服VMI实施中的困境,以实现VMI模式的高效运作。结果表明,核心企业通过建构VMI多元主体协作平台、信息共享技术平台和协同沟通制度平台,帮助供应商突破VMI实施中软制约因素和硬制约因素,提高VMI供应链运作效率。 This paper takes Lenovo Group as an example to explain, how can the core enterprise help suppliers overcome the difficult of implement VMI and achieve a high efficient. It shows that the core enterprise can construct the VMI collaboration platform, technology platform and system platform to improve the partners' enthusiasm and enhance the supply chain effec- tive. It will provide a path for domestic enterprises when they implement the VMI model.
