摘　　要： 分析了干细胞的种类不同所涉及伦理问题的差异性以及干细胞技术临床应用的社会环境。强调干细胞研究及临床应用伦理共同体的责任、管理缺位的危害性。探讨建立既能促进干细胞科技发展,又能保护研究者、病人和受试者各方权益的机制的必要性。 The present paper analyzes the differences of ethical issues among different sources or types of stem cells and the social circumstances of stem cell technology and clinical application. The responsibility of the community involving in the field and the perniciousness of governance absence in stem cell research and clinical application are emphasized. Finally, this paper discusses the necessity to establish a system permitting both the promotion of stem cell science and the protection of the le- gal rights and profits of scientists, patients, and subjects during the further development of stem cell research and application.
