摘　　要： 农地使用权转让效率与农村社会转型之间存在着相互作用关系。文章运用广东省和河南省2011年数据,实证分析了农业现代化、工业化和城镇化(城市化)背景下的农地使用权转让的价格和理论价格,结果发现,农地使用权转让价格远低于其理论价格。价格扭曲降低了农地使用权转让效率,进而阻碍了我国农村社会转型。因此,需要改革我国政府主导的农地使用权转让价格模式,以此解决我国农村社会转型的资金约束和农村社会被动转型的问题。 Agricultural land use rights transfer efficiency and rural social transformation are interdependent. By using Guangdong Province and Henan Province data in 2011, on the basis of an empirical analysis of agricultural modernization, industrialization and urban land use rights transfer prices, it is concluded that actual agricultural land use rights transfer prices are far below the theoretical price. Price distortions reduce the efficiency of agricultural land use rights transfer, thereby impeding the transformation of rural society. Therefore, it is necessary to reform our government - led agricultural land use fights transfer pricing model, in order to resolve the problems of restructuring the financial constraints and the passivity of social transformation of rural society.
