摘 要: 在水温17.6±0.2℃的条件下,分析了饥饿和恢复投喂对许氏平鲉幼鱼体组分、肌糖原和肝糖原的影响。实验分4组且每组有3个平行,其中饥饿0d组为对照组,即在实验过程中正常投喂;饥饿5d组恢复投喂50d;饥饿10d组,恢复投喂45d;饥饿15d组,恢复投喂40d,实验共进行55d。实验结果表明:在饥饿过程中肌糖原和肝糖原的含量下降,并且与对照组有显著性差异;体组分中粗脂肪的含量也下降而水分和灰分的含量相对增加,粗蛋白含量在饥饿处理时有下降趋势但不明显。实验结束时恢复投喂后各项生化指标均恢复到对照组水平。 The body Biochemical Compositions, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen contents after stava- tion and refeeding in Sebastes schlegeli juvenile were studied under (17.6±0.2)℃. The experiments were divided into four groups and each group had three parallel groups. Group experiencing 0 d as control group, that is, in the experimental processes were fed normally; group experiencing 5 day deprivation and 50 day refeeding, group experiencing 10day deprivation and 45 day refeeding, group experiencing 15day deprivat ion and 40 day refeeding. The experimental results show that in the process of starvation muscle glycogen and liver glycogen descended and had significant difference with the control group; the contents of crude fats are also fell but moisture and ash contents increase; protein contents were in a downward trends after starvation but not obvious after refeeding the biochemical indexes were back to the control group's level.
