摘　　要： 校企合作是高职院校培养高素质技能型人才的重要举措,"工学交替"、"校企互动"、"引进企业"是重要的模式;校企合作能产生规模效应,是技能型人才培养的必经之路。文章以江门职业技术学院为例,探讨在教育教学实践过程中如何形成独具特色并行之有效的校企合作模式,建议:校企合作要以企业需求为出发点和落脚点,校企合作要以校内教育为基础,校企合作还要着力提升企业在岗员工技能,校企合作要根据不同的专业采用不同的合作模式。 School-enterprise cooperation is an important measure to cultivate high-quality skilled talents in higher vocational colleges, ＂alternation＂, ＂school-enterprise interaction＂, ＂introduction of enterprise＂ are the important mode. School-enterprise cooperation can scale effect, is the only way which must be passed for personnel training. Taking Jiangmen Polytechnic as an example, to explore how to form a unique and effective model of school-enterprise cooperation in the process of educational practice. Suggestion： school-enterprise cooperation to enterprise needs as the starting point and the foothold, school-enterprise cooperation to the school education as the basis, the school-enterprise cooperation to improve enterprise staff skills, school-enterprise cooperation according to the different modes of cooperation with different profession.
