摘 要: 为了选育出小果油茶优良品种,在对小果油茶全分布区的种质资源调查的基础上,按多个育种目标,在小果油茶良种资源较好的广西三江、龙胜、融水和贵州黎平及江西宜春的优良林分中选择小果油茶优树,采用外业调查和室内检测相结合的方法和通径分析、模糊聚类分析及灰色关联分析等分析方法,对所选13片优良林分中的76株优良单株的主要经济性状指标进行了测定与分析,结果确定了32株候选优树用以复选,并按种质资源收集保存标准,嫁接保存这些优良种质资源,建成了种质资源库。通径分析结果表明:冠幅乘积是影响小果油茶单株产量的最重要因素。模糊聚类分析结果表明,当λ取0.83时,可将32株初选小果油茶优树归为四大类。灰色关联分析结果表明:32株初选优树与参考品种(目标育种指标)的关联度值均在0.74以上,其综合性状均较优良,其中YLXG1、YLXG10、YLXG32及YLXG51的关联度值均大于0.8,其综合性状的优异性十分明显。 In order to select some superior varieties of Camellia meiocarpa, superior plants were selected from fine C. meiocarpa forest at the areas with superior geremplasm resources, including Sanjiang, Longsheng and Rongshui in Guangxi, Liping in Guizhou and Yichun in Jiangxi, based on resources investigation at all-round cultivation areas. Main economic character indexes of 76 fine trees from 13 superior forest blocks were determined and analyzed, by using the methods of path analysis, fuzzy cluster analysis and grey relational analysis. 32 trees were preliminarily selected, propagated and preserved for further selection. The results of path analysis show that the critical factor affecting yield of C. meiocarpa is crown area. The results of fuzzy cluster analysis show that the selected 32 superior trees can be classified into four clusters when the 2 value is 0.83. The results of grey relational analysis show that all correlation degrees of 32 superior trees are over 0.74 with control varieties and they show good comprehensive characters. Furthermore, the values of correlation degree of ~LXG1, ~LXG10, YLXG32 and ~LXG51 are all over 0.8 which show obviously superior comprehensive characters.
