MQ硅树脂制备工艺对RTV硅橡胶补强效果的影响

摘  要: 以六甲基二硅氧烷、1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和正硅酸乙酯为原料,通过水解缩合反应制备了乙烯基MQ硅树脂(M为R3SiO1/2,Q为SiO4/2),考察了聚合条件对产物性能的影响.以该MQ硅树脂为填料,端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PVMS)为基础聚合物,聚甲基氢硅氧烷为交联剂,在铂催化剂催化下硫化成型,获得乙烯基MQ硅树脂增强的加成型室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶,探讨了制备工艺对硫化硅橡胶力学性能和透明性的影响.结果表明:当盐酸浓度为4.0%、乙醇浓度为1.6%、M/Q摩尔比为0.75时,所制得的MQ硅树脂的补强效果较好;当PVMS/MQ硅树脂质量比为1,Si—H和Si—Vi摩尔比为1.4、催化剂含量为10μg/g、抑制剂含量为0.3mg/g时,所制得的硫化硅橡胶的拉伸强度可达7.2MPa,并具有很好的透明性,说明MQ硅树脂的增强作用明显. Vinyl MQ silicone resin (M and Q respectively represent R3SiO1/2 and SiO4/2 ) was synthesized via the hydrolytic condensation of hexamethyldisiloxane, 1,3-divinyl- 1, 1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane and tetraethyl orthosilicate, and the effects of polymerization conditions on the properties of the product were investigated. Then, a series of room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubbers reinforced with vinyl MQ silicone resin were prepared from vinylterminated polydimethylsiloxane (PVMS) cured with organohydrogenpolysiloxane under the catalysis of Pt catalyst. Finally, the effects of the preparation process on the mechanical properties and transparency of the cured sili- cone rubbers were investigated. The results show that the synthesized MQ silicone resin is of the best reinforcement effect when HC1 and ethanol contents are respectively 4.0% and 1.6% and when the M/Q molar ratio is 0. 75, and that, when the mass ratio of PVMS to MQ silicone resin is 1, the molar ratio of Si--H to Si--Vi is l. 4, the catalyst dosage is 10 ~g/g and the inhibitor dosage is 0.3 mg/g, the cured silicone rubbers are of a tensile strength being up to 7.2 MPa and of excellent transparency owing to the reinforcement of MQ silicone resin.
