摘 要: 目的研究酵母甘露聚糖降血脂的作用。方法以废酵母泥为原料,利用酶-碱法制备酵母甘露聚糖,按200 mg/(kg.d)的甘露聚糖剂量灌胃高血脂小鼠30 d,测定小鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,评价其降血脂作用。结果酵母甘露聚糖能有效降低小鼠的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量,并提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.01)。结论酵母甘露聚糖有降血脂作用。 Objective To study the hypolipidemic activity of yeast mannan. Methods With waste beer yeasts as material, yeast mannans were prepared by enzyme-alkali method. The hypolipidemic function of yeast mannans was evaluated through the effects of 200 mg/kg·d mannan by lavage for 30 d on serum triglyceride, total cholesterol, highdensity lipoprotein in hyperlipemia mice. Results The yeast mannan could significantly lower the levels of serum triglyceride and total cholesterol, and increase the level of high-density lipoprotein (P〈0.01). Conclusion Yeast mannan has the function of reducing blood lipid.
