摘　　要： 文章通过文献回顾,梳理了现代信息伦理观,深入探讨了信息伦理与版权制度的内在关联,论述版权制度中应有的基本信息伦理内涵,提出信息伦理作用于版权制度的三大途径,从而使信息伦理对版权制度产生实践意义。 Based on literature review the inherent relationship between copyright modern copyright system, argues that there of information ethics concept and its modem implications, the paper expounds system and information ethics, discusses the information ethics connotation in are three main channels for information ethics to influence copyright system.
