摘　　要： 人类认知、句法、语义、语用的综合因素造就了判断动词"是"。判断动词"是"在西汉时处于发展期。"是"由用于句首的复指代词演变为表判断的系词,有多个动因。副词修饰"是"的例子对"是"成为判断动词起到了重要作用。西汉时期"是"字判断句的格式有四种类型。 Human cognition, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic factors created the verb ＂ Shi（是） ＂. the Verb ＂ Shi started in the Western Han Dynasty. The verb ＂ Shi ＂ used as a repetition pronoun at the beginning of a sentence evolved into a judgment copula. There are a number of reasons for this evolution. Examples of ＂Shi＂ mod- ified by adverbs is a big reason. There were four types of the judgment sentences formed by the ＂Shi＂ structure in the Western Han Dynasty.
