摘　　要： 高度城市化地区的土地问题既有其自身的特殊性又反映出普遍的趋势。对我国最为典型的高度城市化地区——深圳的土地问题进行了分析,认为快速的城市化、二元城市化、土地管理制度改革的不彻底对于其土地问题的形成有着突出的影响,而解决高度城市化地区土地问题的关键在于加速土地管理制度改革、推动城市产业结构调整。 City of area of land problem has its own particular ities and reflects the general trend. This paper analyzes China＇s most highly urbanized area＇s - Shenzhen＇ s land probtems. It argues that fast city changes, city of two Yuan, the land management system reform is not complete for the land problem has prominent effect, and solve the problem of land of region of city of height is the key to promote the city the adjustment of industrial structure, accelerate the reform of land management system.
