摘 要: 介绍了玉米淀粉废水治理工程改造项目。改造工程增加了缺氧池和UASB中间沉淀池,对好氧反应池进行扩容,并增设填料,重新设计了水力停留时间。在流程末端增加了混凝沉淀设施,保证了氮和磷的去除。实际运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,处理出水COD≤76 mg/L,ρ(SS)≤12 mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)≤5 mg/L,ρ(TP)≤0.74 mg/L,pH=6~9。处理出水达到淀粉工业水污染物排放标准GB 25461-2010标准。 The engineering renovation for wastewater treatment of corn starch is introduced.The reconstruction project has increased anoxic pond and mid-sedimentation tank,the aerobic tank has increased the volume of tanks,installed packing materials,and redesigned the hydraulic retention time.At the end of flow increased coagulation sedimentation facilities,ensure the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus.The running results show that the process has stable treatment efficiency.The COD,SS,NH3-N,TP in the treated effluent are less than or equal to 76 mg/L,12 mg/L,5 mg/L,0.74 mg/L and pH=6~9.The effluent quality meets the criteria in discharge standard of water pollutants for starch industry(GB 25461-2010).
