摘 要: 建立空间刀具半径补偿的数学模型,进行刀具半径补偿算法设计,推导了后置处理的数学公式,并用VC++6.0实现了后置处理,输出带补偿的NC代码。通过实例验证及计算机仿真,证明此数学模型及算法是正确的。 The mathematical model of three-dimensional radial tool compensation (3DRTC) in five-axis CNC machining was es- tablished. The mathematical formulas of post-process of the compensation were derived. Then post-process was implemented by using VC ++ and compensated NC codes were generated. The algorithm was tested through simulation. The results show that this mathemat- ical model is correct and valid.
