摘 要: 以Cu/Zn/Al系列催化剂研究甲醇水蒸气重整反应制氢 ,得到活性和选择性较好的催化剂Cu60 Zn3 0 Al10 和Cu60Zn3 0 Al5 Ce5 ,并且考察了该反应的反应条件如温度、物料配比等对催化剂稳定性的影响。结果表明 ,最佳反应条件为 :温度 2 60℃ ,n(H2 O) /n(CH3 OH) =1~ 1 .2。 A series of Cu/Zn/Al catalysts were tested to prepare H_2 by the steam reformation of methanol and Cu_60Zn_30Al_10 and Cu_60 Zn_30 Al_5 Ce_5 were found to have good activity and selectivity.The reactive conditions(temperature,feed ratio etc.)and the stability of catalysts were also observed.It was found that the optimum reactive conditions are 260℃ and n(H_2O)/n(CH_3OH)=1~1.2.
