摘　　要： 远东战略是俄罗斯国家战略的重要组成部分。本文在回顾俄远东战略历史传统和现实背景的基础上,从经济发展、对外开放、国家安全和外交博弈等四个方面分析了新时期俄远东的战略定位和俄政府推动远东发展的具体举措,进而探讨了俄远东战略变化对地区局势和周边国家的影响。 Far East strategy is important in Russia＇s overall international strategy Based on a review of past and present Russia＇ s strategies, this article analyses orientations of Russia＇s Far East strategy in the new period and Russian government＇s specific measures to advance the development in the Far East areas. Furthermore, it also deals with the consequential influence on the neighboring countries and districts engendered from the changes of Russia＇s Far East strategy
