间歇低氧暴露对递增负荷运动SD大鼠红细胞参数和网织红细胞参数的影响
Effect of Intermittent Hypoxic Exposure on the Parameters of Erythrocyte and Reticulocyte during Intensive Training of SD Rats

摘  要: 为观察递增负荷运动中进行间歇低氧暴露干预SD大鼠红细胞和网织红细胞相关参数的变化,探讨间歇低氧暴露预防运动性血红蛋白低下的效果,将53只SD大鼠随机分为常氧安静组和常氧运动组、运动低氧暴露1h组、运动低氧暴露2h组、运动低氧暴露(1+1)h组。运动各组进行6周递增负荷跑台运动,低氧暴露组从第4周起各在运动后进行人工常压低氧(14.5%O2)暴露1h、2h和(1+1)h。实验结束后采用ADVIA 120测试红细胞及网织红细胞相关参数。结果表明:6周递增负荷运动可引起大鼠红细胞参数Hb、RBC、Hct、MCV显著或极显著低于常氧安静组(P<0.05,P<0.01),网织红细胞参数Retic#、Retic%、CHr、MCVr、CHDWr显著或极显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),CHCMr、HDWr显著或极显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),而同时进行间歇低氧暴露干预后红细胞参数未见显著下降(P>0.05),且间歇低氧暴露干预更能促进Retic#、Retic%的显著提高。结论:间歇低氧暴露能促进递增负荷运动中机体红细胞和网织红细胞的生成,可有效预防运动性血红蛋白低下,但低氧暴露方式不同引起机体的红细胞和网织红细胞生成程度不同。 Objective: To observe the effects of intermittent hypoxic exposure on the parameters of erythro- cyte and reticulocyte in rats during intensive training, and explore the method of hypoxic exposure in pre- venting and treating sports hypochrosis. Methods:53 Sprague-dawly(SD) rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group, normoxic training group, training and hypoxic exposure l hour group, training and hypoxic exposure 2hours group, training and hypoxic exposure (1+ 1)hours group. The rats of sports groups were given 6-week increasing load treadmill exercise. Three of the training groups were put in arti- ficial hypoxic environment(14. 5% Oe )for 1 hour, 2 hours and (1 +1 )hour per day respectively for three weeks. At the end of the sixth week, the parameters of rats" erythrocyte and reticuloeyte by ADVIA120. Results:After 6-week increasing load treadmill exercise training, The parameters of erythrocyte as Hb, R]N2, Hot and MCV of the rats in the sports groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0. 05, P〈 0. 01), parameters of erythrocyte as Retie #, Retic%, CHr, MCVr, CHDWr in- creased significantly(P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01), and CHCMr, HDWr decreased signifieantly(P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01), but the parameters of erythrocyte in the hypoxic exposure groups were no significantly ehange (P〈 0.05) ,and the Retie #, Retic% levels were more significantly higher in the hypoxie exposure groups. Conclusion= The intermittent hypoxic exposure can accelerate the production of erythrocyte and retieulo- cyte, and more effectively prevent and cure sports hypoehrosis, but the ways of different hypoxic exposure cause different degrees of produced organic erythrocyte and reticuloeyte.
