摘　　要： 外派汉语教师志愿者项目自2003年开始以来,外派教师志愿者已超万人,他们的加入推动了国家汉语推广项目进程。但是对于该群体的关注与研究匮乏,本文检索中国知网(ENKI)五大数据库,发现研究成果:关键概念模糊,研究成果量少,研究深度不足,研究人员偏少,研究方法杂乱,研究领域狭窄等。解决这些问题需要学界和业界的共同努力,从研究内容到研究方法进行全面提升,这既是汉语教师志愿者项目发展的需要,也是国家汉语推广与软实力提升的需要。 Chinese Volunteer Teacher Program has recruited more than ten thousands of volunteers since it started in 2003, which has been pushing forward Chinese promotion. However few research and little at- tention has been put on these volunteer teachers. The following research findings are digged out by searching the five data bases of CNKI ： vague key concepts, few research results, lack of research depth, very few researchers, scrambled research methods, constricted field of study and so on. Shared efforts should be needed to solve these problems by the academics and the industry. From research content to research method, everything needs to be comprehensively improved, which is not only required by the de- velopment of Chinese Volunteer Teacher Program, but also can meet the need of Chinese promotion and soft power enhancement.
