摘　　要： 受消费不旺等因素影响,2012年中国禽肉整体价格水平低于2011年同期,呈先降后升趋势。由于肉鸡饲料、玉米以及豆粕等饲料原料价格持续上涨,养殖效益较2011年大幅下滑,同时饲料价格上涨对禽肉价格具有一定支撑作用。从国际市场看,2012年美国禽肉价格呈先降后升趋势,欧盟鸡肉价格先升后降,整体高于2011年同期。2013年全球禽肉价格预期上涨。受成本增加及消费预期增长影响,2013年中国禽肉价格预期总体将保持涨势。 For low consumption and other factors, the overall price level of China＇s poultry in 2012 was lower than the same period of last year, and showed down then up trend. As the prices of poultry compound feed, maize and soybean meal continued rising, the poultry meat production benefits were sharply declined against 2011, while the increase in compound feed played a supporting role in poultry price in 2012. As for the international market, the poultry price in United States showed an increasing trend after the first decreased in 2012, while that in EU was ascend in first and descend at last, and the overall average prices were higher than last year. In 2013, the global poultry price is expected to rise. China＇s overall poultry price will rise due to the increased costs and expected consumption growth in 2013.
