含环酸酐羟基丙烯酸树脂的研究

摘  要: 通过分子结构设计,采用马来酸酐为功能单体,合成出含环酸酐基团的羟基丙烯酸树脂。研究了引发剂种类及用量、链转移剂2巯基乙醇的用量及反应温度对树脂黏度及单体转化率的影响,并用红外光谱对树脂结构进行了表征。结果表明,当引发剂为过氧化二叔戊基及其用量为3.0%,2巯基乙醇的用量为2.0%,反应温度为140°C时,所合成的含环酸酐羟基丙烯酸树脂具有较低的黏度(为1850mPa·s)及较高的单体转化率(最高达97%)。红外光谱分析证实了含环酸酐羟基丙烯酸树脂的结构。将该树脂与HDI缩二脲多异氰酸酯复配,所得清漆漆膜平整光亮,光泽度≥95°,附着力1级,硬度2H,柔韧性2mm,满足汽车修补清漆的使用要求。 Based on molecular design, a hydroxyl acrylic resin containing cyclic anhydride group was synthesized using maleic anhydride as functional monomer. The effects of type and amount of initiator, amount of 2-mercaptoethanol as chain transfer agent, and reaction temperature on viscosity of the resin and monomer conversion rate were studied. The structure of the resin was characterized by FT-IR. The results indicated that when the di-tert amyl peroxide is selected as initiator and its dosage is 3.0%, the amount of 2-mercapto- ethanol is 2.0% and the reaction temperature is 140 ~C, the prepared hydroxyl acrylic resin with cyclic anhydride has low viscosity (1 850 mPa.s) and high monomer conversion rate (up to 97%). The structure of the hydroxyl acrylic resin with cyclic anhydride was confirmed by FT-IR analysis. The film of the vanish obtained from the resin mixed with HDI biuret polyisocyanate is level and bright with luster over 95, adhesion 1 grade, hardness 2H, and flexibility 2 mm, meeting the requirements of car refinishing paint.
