摘　　要： 从资源中介视角,通过文献分析构建了社会资本对技术创新作用机理的理论模型,并进一步通过珠三角技术创新型新创企业的实证研究验证了模型和相关假设,从而揭示了社会资本对技术创新的作用机理。研究结论为中国企业,尤其是新创企业的技术创新提供了有益的管理启示;同时也有助于弥补社会资本与技术创新,以及新创企业创新管理研究领域的相关不足。 Through literature review, this article constructs a theoretical model of social capital＇s influence to technical innovation base on the capital＇s medium role. Further more, it has verified this model and related assumption by some demonstrations of new innovation enterprises in Pearl River Delta and then proclaims the social capital＂s influence on technical innovation. The conclusion will be beneficial for the technical innovation of Chinese enterprises, especially the new enterprises, and it will contribute to make up social capital and technical innovation, and also make up the insufficient for the innovation management of new enterprise.
