摘　　要： 陕西省优秀运动员社会保障表现出就业渠道不畅、经济补偿不高、工资待遇较低、增长兑现迟缓、救济效率低下、职业培训困难重重等现状特征。这与陕西省现有运动员社会保障制度内容密切相关。通过系统梳理陕西省运动员社会保障的政策内容,分析归纳相关政策存在的主要问题,着重挖掘影响政策实施的具体原因,最后提出完善陕西省优秀运动员社会保障制度的对策建议。 Current situation of Shaanxi excellent athletes social security have some characteristics, such as difficult to be employed, insufficient to retired compensation, low to wages and benefits, slowly to cash bonus, inefficiency of relief mechanism, bad effect of vocational training and so on. Obviously, it＇s related to Shaanxi province excellent athletes social security system. The paper systematically review the policy contents of Shaanxi province excellent athletes social security, fully analysis the major problems and conflicts, identify all kinds of possible causes, and offer some perfect suggestions of Shaanxi province excellent athletes social security system in the future.
