摘　　要： 克服杂种不育性是有效利用籼粳杂种强大优势的关键。为此 ,众多水稻遗传育种学家对水稻亚种间杂种不育性的遗传基础开展了广泛而深入的研究 ,并在利用亲和基因提高杂种F1育性方面取得突破。总结了控制籼粳杂种不育的基因作用模式 ,并详细综述了“广亲和基因理论”和“特异亲和基因理论” To exploit the heterosis in hybrids between indica and japonica rice,the sterility in these hybrids must be overcome.Extensive researches on the genetic basis of inter-subspecific hybrid sterility have been carried out by geneticists and breeders in the world.Recently many advances in raising the fertility by compatible genes were made.This paper summarized genetic model of hybrid sterility and recent progress in wide and specific compatible genes study.
