摘　　要： 危机事件的信息传播是应急管理研究的一个关键问题。本文使用社会网络的方法来研究危机信息在互联网上的传播。首先,本文提出一个基于社会网络的危机信息传播研究框架,将危机信息的传播群体作为主要研究对象,并将危机信息传播的主体、传播渠道、传播行为和影响因素等要素有机整合到该框架体系内来。然后,对该框架的研究步骤、主要研究内容和方法进行了详细说明。该框架对研究危机事件的信息传播,提高政府应急能力有重要的作用。 Crisis events＇ information dissemination is a key issue in the emergency management. This paper used social network methods to study the dissemination of the crisis information on the Intemet. First, this paper proposed a research framework of crisis information dissemination based on social network. fi-amework took the information dissemination groups as the main object of study. The subject, channels, behavior and influence actor of crisis information dissemination were integrated into this framework. And then, the research steps, contents and methods of this research frameworkwere described in detail. Fnis framework hads an important role in the study of crisis information dissemination, and could improve the emergec-y response capability of the governnnt as well.
