摘　　要： 贾谊充分继承了先秦民本思想,并将民本思想与他的理想政治制度——礼治——结合起来,认为"得民"是礼治的目的,爱民是礼治的本质,同时,他将"得民"、爱民的思想贯彻到具体的政策与措施之中,在将民本制度化的同时,也实现了制度的民本化。 Jiayi fully inherited the thought of People-oriented concept which is dominated in Pre-Qin Dynasty and integrated such thought and his ideal political institution, namely, ritual governance. Jiayi also considered that having the people＇s support is the objective of ritual government while loving people is the essence. In the meantime, he applied the thoughts of ＂having the people＂ and ＂loving the people＂ to the specific policies and measures. The institutionalization of people-oriented thought has great enlightenments on the reformations of our politics and economy and on the construction of harmonious society.
