摘 要: 根据英德红茶传统加工工艺设计研制出英德条形红茶连续化加工机械,并通过多次试产结合茶产品感官审评开展了英德红条茶连续化机械加工工艺研究,获得了英德红条茶连续化加工的基本工艺技术指标。 According to the traditional processing technology of Yingde Gongfu black tea, the continuous processing machinery of Yingde Gongfu black tea was designed. Through repeated trial production combined with sensory evaluation of tea products, the basic technical param- eters of the continuous mechanical processing technology were obtained.
