摘　　要： 针对区域工业企业构建的特征,依据工业企业性质可将其分解为:国有与国有控股工业企业、私营工业企业、外商投资和港澳台投资企业3种类型,且3种类型企业在区域工业企业体系中具有平行结构.利用并行DEA模型,以华东地区"六省一市"作为实证对象,对评价区域内各种类型的企业绩效水平和地区的整体工业企业绩效进行了测算,通过对计算结果的分析可以获得"六省一市"区域工业绩效水平状况,并可以为区域工业绩效水平的提升提供改进信息与方向. Taking system of enterprise in eastern China regions as empirical objective, the enterprises＇ performance of sub-systems and overall performance in industry of eastern China were calculated based on three parallel subsystems in industry system, i.e. state-owned and state-controlled enterprises; private enterprises; Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign-invested enterprises. Parallel I）EA models were applied for measuring the performance of these three types of industry enterprises and overall industry enterprises performance in ＂six provinces and one city＂ in the region of east China. At last, corresoondine advices and suggestion were proposed as conclusions.
