摘 要: 简要回顾反义 RNA技术的产生与发展 ;并在介绍果实成熟的生理学和分子生物学的基础上 ,着重综述利用反义 RNA技术控制果实成熟 ,包括控制乙烯产生、细胞壁降解、色素生物合成等 3个方面的国内外研究进展 ,并对今后的研究方向进行了初步探讨 . The emergence and development of antisense RNA technology are briefly reviewed. On the base of brief intruduction of physiology and molecular biology in fruit maturation, advances in controlling fruit maturation, including controlling cell wall decomposability, ethylene and pigment biosynthesis with antisense RNA technology at home and abroad are dealt with in details, meanwhile, the prospects are preliminarily discussed.
