摘 要: 以一组学生为研究对象,在完成部分工种实训的基础上,利用学校现有的设备条件、工程训练中心的教学平台以及个人掌握的技能,通过学生独立思考、教师从旁指导、团队互相讨论的学习与研究方式,设计制作一种新型半自动保鲜膜切割器,以此研究学研结合的工程训练培养模式效果。经实践证明,学生在完成该模式实训后,创新思维与动手能力得到质的提高。 Taking a group of students as an object of study who have finished partial engineering training cour- ses, an engineering training mode based on the learning-research combination is discussed. The training con- tent of the mode was that students designed and manufactured a kind of semi-automatic film cutter with the way of self-thinking-teacher instructing-team discussed by using the existing equipment, teaching platforms of school, and with personal skills. Fact has shown that, students' innovative thinking and problem solving skills have been improved qualitatively.
